Experience: 1–3 Years

We're looking for a dedicated Telesales Assistant with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English , who can engage clients professionally and drive meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and provide property details
  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable options
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits
  • Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status in CRM
  • Provide a friendly and helpful experience to every caller
Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
  • Client-focused, polite, and confident in handling calls
  • Ability to work in a team and meet targets
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
