The role of a Compliance Lead plays a crucial part in driving meaningful compliance and impact governance change in the maritime sector.

Job Description:

This position combines global strategic leadership with local hands-on project delivery to ensure effective compliance across all operations.

The ideal candidate will support organizations worldwide in navigating anti-corruption regulations, overseeing and further developing compliance tools and resources, leading training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, and championing ESG governance within sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support organizations in understanding and adhering to anti-corruption regulations
  • Develop and maintain compliance tools and resources
  • Lead global training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance
  • Champion ESG governance within sustainability reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions, anti-corruption frameworks, and ESG governance
  • Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders
