Job Overview

The role of Global Operating Leader is a key position that oversees the overall service delivery management for all service lines of Finance and Accounting (F&A). This includes managing the service delivery, ensuring that agreed service levels are met, and establishing a strong governance model with internal and external stakeholders.

As the Global Operating Leader, you will be responsible for leading steering committee meetings, providing updates to relevant stakeholders, and reviewing resource planning and staffing. You will also ensure client happiness and successful external and internal audits, promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement across global teams, and develop a strong leadership pipeline.

Responsibilities
  • Manage service delivery and ensure agreed service levels are met
  • Establish a strong governance model with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work as a point of contact for escalation related to service delivery
  • Lead steering committee meetings and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Review and approve resource planning and staffing
  • Ensure client happiness and successful external and internal audits
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement across global teams
  • Develop a strong leadership pipeline

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent preferred. Relevant years of experience in the outsourcing or BPO industry, with experience in a senior global operations role, are required. Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, multi-regional service delivery teams, and a strong understanding of digital transformation, automation, and operational technologies, are highly desirable.
