Water Purification Engineer - Senior

As a senior water purification engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical delivery of our water treatment systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional with deep expertise in water process engineering to lead the design and implementation of water purification systems.

  • Develop detailed system plans and designs for efficient water treatment
  • Oversee procurement and supplier engagement to ensure high-quality execution and cost control
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and technical handover of systems to operations teams
  • Take ownership of operations and maintenance strategies, developing standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guidelines
  • Collaborate across disciplines to integrate field learnings and continuously improve system performance
  • Stay current on regulatory frameworks and relevant technological advancements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in engineering, designing, and delivering water or process systems at scale
  • Strong background in process engineering, hydraulics, filtration, pumps, and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, model, and optimize complex water treatment processes
  • Experience in managing technical suppliers and fabrication partners
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent project planning, documentation, and execution skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Water Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Fluent in English (professional level); Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus
