Job Title: Senior Product Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex parts in SolidWorks, focusing on conceptual creation and 3D modeling.
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations, including tolerance stack up analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Develop complete product assemblies in KRAs, ensuring accurate design specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering processes and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work independently with limited support from senior engineers to complete assigned tasks and projects within given timelines.
  • A knowledge of linear static analysis (FEA) is highly desirable for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of design principles and engineering concepts.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and ability to create detailed drawings and models.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs effectively.
