Senior Fintech Product Development Leader

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product Development Lead to join our team.
As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining product development processes. You will also manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
You should have experience working in fintech industry and knowledge of Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product development strategies.
- Manage teams to achieve project goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Engineering Manager.
- Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
