Job Description:

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement effective strategies to maximize profitability and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies aligned with the organization's overall mission and vision
  • Managing the engineering department and third-party vendors to ensure superior service and quality
  • Conducting regular monitoring and adjusting strategies as appropriate
  • Reviewing contracts and negotiating revisions with vendors, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
