Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide desktop support services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing assistance to users in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of desktop operating systems, including Windows OS, and troubleshooting skills.

A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Additionally, experience working with BMC Remedy tool, SolarWinds monitoring tool, and remote support tools would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot desktop issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Document and track incidents using ticketing software.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1.5 years of experience in desktop support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts (24*7) or US shifts.
