Job Description

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and network infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and peripherals, as well as troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, including malfunctioning components, connectivity problems, and peripheral failures.
  • Repairs and Replacements: Conduct repairs on faulty hardware or arrange replacements to minimize business disruption.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets, including warranty tracking and lifecycle replacements.
  • User Support: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware failures, and software conflicts.
  • Network Security: Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Certifications: CCNA, MCSA, A+, Networking Certification.
  • Proven experience in network support, with a solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
