Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and supporting desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Troubleshooting hardware-related issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Conducting repairs on faulty hardware or arranging replacements as needed.
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of hardware assets, including warranty tracking and lifecycle replacements.
- Providing technical support to end-users for hardware-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Certifications: CCNA, MCSA, A+, Networking Certification.
- Proven experience in network support, with solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
