This position requires an individual to provide technical support to users across the organization. Duties include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems; assembling, disassembling, and troubleshooting hardware; deploying and managing software applications; configuring network printers and VPN/firewall settings; managing security protocols including BitLocker encryption and antivirus updates; administering Active Directory; providing remote technical assistance; and tracking and managing company assets.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
