Digital Activation Manager

The role of the Digital Activation Manager at Adidas is to drive the brand's digital strategy in the EM market.
This position plays a critical role in connecting consumer engagement experiences across various sales channels, ensuring a meaningful view of consumers' values and habits.
The Manager will oversee the implementation and operation of CRM, traffic driving, email marketing, and membership loyalty programs.
They will also be responsible for overseeing adidas eCommerce marketing and content, including the adidas app, eCommerce site content, conversion programs, and data capture programs.
Additionally, the Manager will oversee the content plan for adidas platforms, websites, apps, social networks, and mobile platforms, taking into account core consumers and leveraging sports marketing and influencer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have specific marketing experience in digital strategy, planning, and implementation, as well as agency management skills.
They should have a strong understanding of all marketing disciplines and how to integrate a digital plan into a holistic marketing strategy.
The Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key global stakeholders across all digital channels.
Key responsibilities include developing a digital plan according to marketing strategy, monitoring competitors, analyzing and evaluating campaign effectiveness, and establishing close communication with global/EM teams.
The Manager will also be responsible for executing the tracking system to understand consumer insights and attitudes, and for developing and executing the digital plan.
They will work with partners for project implementation and manage ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Department Head.
This role requires strong project management skills, a willingness to be hands-on, and a team player mentality.
It also demands strong communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
