Office Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Maintain accurate records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems (physical & digital).
  • Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal audits.
  • Supervise housekeeping and ensure the office environment is clean and professional.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration or operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and vendor negotiations.
  • Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
