We are seeking an experienced Educational Counselor to provide expert guidance and support to prospective students.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counseling and Guidance: Provide individualized counseling and guidance to prospective students to help them make informed decisions about their educational journey.
  • Prospecting and Engagement: Identify and engage with potential students through various channels, including data calling and online chat servers.
  • Admission Procedures: Guide students through the admission procedures, including advising on specific degree programs and providing information on institutional policies and regulations.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from participants and consolidate it to improve student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leads Conversion: Convert leads into admissions by utilizing strong sales skills and persuasive communication techniques.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, including telephonic and walk-in records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales acumen, customer-centric mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in CRM software, and goal-oriented mindset.
