We are looking for a Student Admission Advisor to join our team.

As a Student Admission Advisor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the enrollment process by coordinating with qualified leads and admission counselors. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule video counseling sessions and ensure smooth communication between leads and admission counselors.

To achieve this, you will need to maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. This will enable you to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication skills with an emphasis on fluency in English. You should also have the ability to persuade learners towards attending video counseling sessions and ultimately influence their enrollment decisions.

  • A minimum of 2 years of Edtech-sales experience, preferably in study abroad, is required. At least 1 year should have been spent in a single company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with at least a bachelor's degree being required. Previous experience working a 6-day work week is also essential.

Other key qualifications include:

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
