Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Data Scientist. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in applying advanced Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision (CV) techniques to real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data handling, extraction, manipulation; creating structured form of data and pulling tangible insights from data
  • Predictive modelling, statistics, trend analysis and other data analysis techniques to explore data and answer specific research questions.
  • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data science solutions using structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop statistical models (predictive modelling, forecasting etc.) and apply appropriate techniques such as Exploratory Analysis, Regression, and Association etc.
  • Executive presentation to present analytical insights derived from data analysis.
  • Flexible to work on any problem statement in the space of AI-ML (NLP, CV & Predictive Analytics & Maintenance etc.).
  • Able to deal well with ambiguity and act with autonomy.
  • Collaborates with team to improve effectiveness of computational models through use of data and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Mentors junior data science team members, as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer, working on real-world AI/ML projects.
  • Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, MLLMs).
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and key ML/DL libraries.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL-based and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with statistical tools and platforms.
  • Working experience with Big Data technologies.
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Domain experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Aviation, or Digital Platforms is desirable.
