We are looking for a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, as well as experience working with large datasets. You will be expected to create insightful reports and presentations that help drive business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
  • Create visually appealing reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve data analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working with SQL and Python programming languages.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or closely related field.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and containerization (Docker and Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ELT experience.
  • Tableau/Looker/PowerBI expertise.
  • Able to organize large data sets to answer critical questions.
  • Familiarity with health-related data sets.
