Job Title: Strategic Insights Analyst
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Insights Analyst to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and predictive analytics to uncover trends and insights from large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using statistical techniques, data mining, and predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities and understand historic data trends.
• Perform data manipulation using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets to automate reporting processes and build interactive dashboards and graphs for efficient reporting.
• Manage and leverage CRM systems to analyze customer behavior, improve lead management, and support data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and influence decision-making.
• Create clear reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate key insights and support data-driven decision-making across business functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, Python (Pandas, NumPy, and other libraries) for analysis and automation.
• Expertise in generating data insights and analyzing historic data trends.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with strong business acumen and exposure to Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
• Proficient in data mining, predictive analytics, and visual storytelling.
