We are seeking an accomplished Data Strategist to spearhead the implementation of enterprise data solutions on SAP Datasphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data warehousing, integration, and analytics, with a proven track record in leading migration and transformation programs.

The successful individual will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solution architectures for SAP Datasphere, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring seamless data governance, security, and compliance. They will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in the integration of Datasphere with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA, and third-party sources such as Snowflake and Databricks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing enterprise data models, semantic layers, and harmonized data views.
  • Defining and enforcing data governance, security, and compliance within Datasphere.
  • Collaborating with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define a scalable data roadmap.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensuring performance optimization, best practices, and reusable frameworks for data pipelines.

Required skills and qualifications include 12+ years of experience in data warehousing, integration, and analytics, minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere, strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture, familiarity with SAP BTP services, APIs, and cloud integration, and strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BI reporting tools.
