Program Management Specialist

A Program Management Specialist is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, driving data collation and reporting efforts, and maintaining program documentation.

  • Manage complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operations, development, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Drive data collation and reporting efforts using tools like JIRA, Clarity, and Power BI.
  • Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and release calendars.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in program management across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile & software development lifecycle and release management.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Power BI, and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification.
  • Experience in cloud migration, automation, or infrastructure programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes - Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management.
