Job Title: Community Programs Manager

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of leadership, communication, and programming skills. As a Community Programs Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs and events that cater to diverse member interests and goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, members, and external partners. You will also possess a strong understanding of community development principles and practices, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development:
    • Develop and implement a range of programs and events that cater to diverse member interests and goals.
    • Collaborate closely with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design and implement innovative offerings.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Foster a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff to ensure every member's interaction reflects the club's values and commitment to excellence.
    • Promptly and professionally address concerns, complaints, or suggestions from members.
  • Team Management:
    • Properly delegate, monitor, and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of team members.
    • Ensure all staff consistently comply with the uniform policy by always wearing designated attire while on duty.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Assist in managing budgets, sponsorships, and resource allocation for events.
    • Coordinate with management for any necessary approvals or procurement.
