Contact Center AI Solutions Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center AI Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with Google CCAI products, including Google Dialog Flow framework and Virtual Agents. Your primary goal will be to develop in-depth knowledge of these products and their underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause of customer issues.
You will also act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in engineering, sales, and customer organizations to resolve technical deployment obstacles and improve our Google Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Cloud's CCAI products and their underlying architectures.
- Work with Google Dialog Flow framework and Virtual Agents to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
- Determine the root cause of customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Google CCAI products and Google Dialog Flow framework.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP concepts and Unix/Linux basic administration and commands.
- Familiarity with APIs and client-server protocols.
