Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our Consumer Activation team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business outcomes in activation and event marketing.
  • Build and manage consumer databases, retarget consumers, and measure campaign performance using metrics like productivity, sales lift, and brand health.
  • Identify new touchpoints to engage, sample, and sell through innovative technologies such as AR/VR/Meta/Gaming.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs, negotiate contracts, and implement effective models.
  • Drive rural and higher participation in melas/fairs and explore regional festivals to enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Basis the brand plan, create an annual set of activities/calendar and drive it to execution and measurement.
  2. Develop clear strategies for each key sub-brand to achieve business objectives and measure impact on the brand.
  3. Ensure finance trackers and SOP adherence are periodically reviewed.
  4. Manage agency relationships, including new agencies, specialized agencies, and regional agencies.
  5. Showcase best practices in activation and digital activation projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of activation and event marketing, preferably with FMCG background.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
