As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences on our astrology and wellness app.
Become an integral part of our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for resolving user inquiries via chat, calls, and email regarding app usage, account issues, payments, and services.
Provide supportive and informative assistance for users seeking help with astrology-related sessions and app features. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, to ensure seamless user journeys.
- Resolve User Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer queries regarding app usage, account issues, payments, and services.
- Empathetic Guidance: Provide supportive and informative assistance for users seeking help with astrology-related sessions and app features.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, to ensure seamless user journeys.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to drive process enhancements. Work closely with Tech, Operations, and Product departments to address recurring issues and boost user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Communication preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer support/executive roles, preferably in the app or tech industry.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an asset.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities, with an empathetic and patient approach to customer service.
- Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or ZOHO is desirable.
