We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Head to lead our team and be the primary point of contact with clients. As a Branch Head, you will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with channel partners, IFA/MFDs, and RIA.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management products, including Debentures, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), MFs, Insurance, Gsecs, corporate bonds, Commercial Papers, NCDs PTCs, etc. You will educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with these products.
Main Responsibilities
- To build and maintain strong relationships with IFA, MFD & RIA.
- To demonstrate expertise in wealth management products.
- To educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various wealth management products.
- To identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
- To drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products and services to existing clients.
- To achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the wealth management business.
- To conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and providers to mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Graduate or Masters Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred with prior experience working in a Wealth Management set up.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with Channel Partners (IFA/MFD/RIA) minimum of 8 years.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, Debentures, AIFs, PMS, MF etc.
- Strong communication sales and a track record of achieving targets and achieving incentives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant regulatory certifications (e.g., AMFI, NISM) will be an advantage.
