Job Title: Vehicle Warranty Claims Specialist
The role of Vehicle Warranty Claims Specialist involves processing warranty claims with accuracy and timeliness. This position requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in an overnight environment aligned with US Central Standard Time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify repair orders against dealership systems and prepare claims for submission.
  • Review, code, and process warranty claims accurately.
  • Maintain records, update claim notes daily, and track aging claims.
  • Communicate with US-based dealership staff to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in warranty processing (Ford, GM, or Chrysler) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work overnight hours (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM). US Central Standard Time.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
