About Our Opportunity
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our healthcare revenue cycle team as claims resolution specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up on pending claims, reviewing denied or underpaid claims and taking appropriate action for resolution.
- Understand insurance guidelines, medical billing, and claims workflows to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets, working collaboratively with the billing team to achieve revenue cycle goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any field (life science, non-life science, commerce).
- 0-3 years of experience in claims calling, medical billing, or revenue cycle management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with US healthcare process, CPT/ICD codes, and insurance policies is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US shifts).
