Job Title: Business Development Head - Facility Management (FM)
Position Overview:
The Business Development Head is responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base within the Facility Management industry. As a seasoned professional, you will lead market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data and client feedback to refine business development strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Lead negotiations and close contracts with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 to 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Facility Management industry.
- In-depth knowledge of facility management services, solutions, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment:
This role may require travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs and deadlines.
