
SaaS Growth Strategist

We are accelerating growth and developing innovative SaaS tools to tackle real-world challenges. As we prepare for launch, we're seeking a skilled and strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to successfully bring our products to market.
Key Responsibilities:As our GTM Manager, you will be responsible for executing the strategy to launch our SaaS products successfully. You'll collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive alignment, define messaging, establish positioning, and ensure data-informed execution from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and differentiate us from the competition.
- Create and own a robust GTM roadmap, detailing timelines, launches, stakeholders, and KPIs.
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to coordinate launch plans and streamline execution.
- Plan and execute campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to maximize GTM effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or related strategic roles, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities, timely, detail-oriented, and decisive.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of rallying teams and articulating vision.
- Deep understanding of GTM frameworks: positioning, messaging, ICPs, distribution channels, and launch tactics.
- Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
