Medical Writer Role

This role is ideal for individuals who combine their understanding of medical science and writing skills to create high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials using your expertise in medical science and writing.
  • Liaise with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders to build trusting relationships and anticipate their needs.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, authors, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and trainings to enhance your skills and contribute to organizational objectives.
  • Apply your scientific knowledge to develop ideas and execute effective medical communications initiatives in the digital space.
  • Ensure all materials follow client requirements, style guides, and internal SOPs.
  • Maintain current awareness of developments across therapeutic areas and contribute to making cutting-edge research accessible to specific audiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in scientific writing or relevant fields.
  • Hold a PhD/MD (Pharmacology) OR PhD (Life Sciences) OR PharmD with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
  • Proven experience working on publications and clear, concise scientific writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt writing style to different materials and target audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of biostatistics and literature reviewing capabilities.
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office.
