Job Title: Business Intelligence Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an analytical professional to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data querying, visualization, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Translate business questions into data queries and present findings clearly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and optimization.
  • Perform statistical analysis to evaluate business performance.
  • Document data definitions, processes, and business rules.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehousing.
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools.
