Role Summary

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI Foundations to design and develop interactive video content for our certification program. The ideal candidate combines expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and instructional design with passion for storytelling and learner engagement.

The SME will play a key role in shaping how learners understand AI by creating scenario-based videos that simplify complex concepts, align with certification objectives, and prepare learners for success in AI-driven workplaces.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate certification objectives into engaging and learner-friendly video scripts.
  • Design scenario-based interactive videos that align with Bloom's Taxonomy and Depth of Knowledge (DOK) levels.
  • Provide real-world examples and case studies of AI applications across industries.
  • Ensure accuracy, ethics, and relevance of all content.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, media specialists, and project managers to deliver high-quality content.
  • Incorporate feedback and continuously refine content for improved learner engagement.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Experience in instructional video design, eLearning, or curriculum development.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear, and engaging ways.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for educational content.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or Educational Technology.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Bloom's Taxonomy, instructional design principles, and competency-based assessments.
  • Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in AI or emerging technologies.
  • Certification in CCS AI Foundations or another AI/ML credential.
