Presentation Designer Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual / Presentation Designer to craft compelling presentations, brand identities, and visual assets across various client and internal projects.

This role combines storytelling, design finesse, and brand thinking to elevate how we communicate ideas visually - be it through pitch decks, branding collaterals, or project design systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design High-Impact Presentations: Create visually engaging and aligned with brand guidelines presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Create Brand Identity Systems: Design logo design, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Translate concepts into clear, concise, and elegant visuals with strategy, marketing, and product teams.
  • Design Visual Assets: Create visual assets across multiple mediums including social media, product mockups, websites, and print.
  • Iterate on Feedback: Ensure final deliverables meet high-quality standards by iterating based on feedback.
  • Maintain Consistency: Maintain consistency across all touchpoints while pushing for visual innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing presentation design and branding work.
  • Tools Expertise: Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Design Principles: Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Concept Translation: Ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into simple and impactful visual stories.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with motion graphics, web design, or UI/UX is a plus.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple design requests with tight timelines.
