Visual Design Specialist

As a Visual Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing digital creatives, including social media assets, infographics, videos, and template-based designs for various platforms. This involves designing brand collaterals, such as pitch decks, case studies, emailers, web pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials aligned with the brand identity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop visual branding and display materials for participation in key industry forums and events.
  • Create visual storytelling across digital campaigns and ensure brand consistency with internal teams and external agencies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-4 years of experience in Graphic Design in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and responsive design.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with animation/motion graphics and UX/UI principles or web design.
