Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of engineers in the creation and execution of standardized fab procedures
- Collaborate with partners to transfer technologies from their fabs and qualify all modules in Dholera fab
- Develop process characterization methods (SEM/EDX, SIMS, etc) and understand device failure modes
- Establish strong relationships with customers based on confidence in technical capabilities and technology/manufacturing reliability
- Present findings to internal and customer senior executives
- Travel as necessary

- 10+ years experience as Module Manager in 300mm fab environment
- Understanding of key module theory and practice (photo, etch, diffusion, CVD, PVD, Implant, CMP, Electroplating, Cleans, etc)
- Understanding of statistics and Design of Experiments principles
