Job Title: Operations Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive internal delivery teams to review incidents, problems, and operational issues impacting clients.

This opportunity is suited for the right candidate who can lead and manage teams to remediate problems and provide root cause analysis as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising teams to establish and maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure client satisfaction, work quality, and efficiency.
  • Identifying and leading department-level projects to realize corporate goals and strategies.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Talent Management: Managing direct reports to be effective in client management and people management.
  • Client Services: Overseeing daily operations of each client team and managing interactions with clients.
  • Business Growth: Proactively seeking opportunities to improve client experience and drive business growth.
  • Problem Solving: Resolving high-impact client issues by analyzing root cause and identifying key steps to form a plan.
  • Managing Projects: Staying informed of corporate goals and strategies and identifying and leading department-level projects.
  • Employee Engagement: Managing staffing levels and targeted activities to accommodate employee engagement needs.
