This role is ideal for a seasoned technical leader who can drive strategic and tactical program objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large, high-impact programs across multiple engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed plans with key milestones and goals to ensure successful delivery of programs

• Leverage deep technical expertise to identify and mitigate risks, solve for dependencies, and remove impediments

• Manage concurrent projects/programs while ensuring cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases

• Drive bi-annual roadmap and resource planning activities and deliverables

• Provide reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans

• Identify gaps, unblock issues, and drive alignment between groups and functions

• Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning

Requirements:

• 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team

• B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs

• Significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, individual contributors, and external clients

• Knowledge of complex technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth
