We are seeking a motivated fundraising professional to build our development engine. Our goal is to grow as an organization and provide resources for theatre initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and map new prospects, then prepare concise donor and prospect briefs for leadership and Development Board meetings.
  • Draft proposals and reports that align with our initiatives.
  • Maintain grant calendars and submission trackers, ensure all donor/board interactions are logged in the CRM within 48 hours, and lead fundraising design and delivery of stewardship events.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years in fundraising, donor engagement, or corporate partnerships, preferably in the arts/non-profit sector.
  • Strong research, writing, and presentation skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and donor data management.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders (philanthropists, corporate leaders).
