Our organization seeks a Fund Raising Specialist to lead the development of innovative fundraising strategies, identify and cultivate key donors, and manage relationships with stakeholders. This is a full-time role that involves planning and executing successful fundraising events, creating high-quality materials, and maintaining accurate donor databases.

  • Develop and implement impactful fundraising initiatives
  • Research and engage potential donors, preparing compelling proposals and presentations
  • Plan and execute effective fundraising campaigns, including events and online initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate donor records, tracking contributions and acknowledgments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fundraising or a related field, preferably with a non-profit organization
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, donors, and stakeholders
