Job Overview

This role involves overseeing all corporate actions for listed and unlisted equities, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to regulatory requirements. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and providing guidance on RTA operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. A team player with excellent communication skills, able to handle a team of 5-7 persons and collaborate effectively to achieve organizational goals.
  2. Knowledge of RTA operations in listed and unlisted sectors, including SLAs and timelines defined for RTA activities as per SEBI's master circular.
  3. Responsible for managing all types of equity corporate actions, such as dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues.
  4. Experienced in unlisted equity admission, including SME/Main board IPO.
  5. Coordinate AGM/EGM/EVOTING/Postal Ballot efficiently.
  6. Responsible for handling audits: internal audit, SEBI audit, system audit.
  7. Capable of handling automation and integration of activities in software with IT support.
  8. Closely coordinate with clients to resolve corporate action-related queries and admission-related matters.
  9. Closely work with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for corporate actions and admission processes and SEBI.
Requirements

Commerce background with good knowledge of RTA operations required. Post-graduation desirable. 6-7 years' experience with RTA/depository participant/share broking firms preferred.
