Job Title: Process Transition and Deployment Manager

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the transition and deployment of our business processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of our operations to new partners.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day performance management and transition coordination
  • Drive performance management by delivering scope expansion and ensuring value assurance
  • Coordinate scope expansion by managing transitions & launch of optimization and automation processes
  • Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure their migration and implementation
  • Capture current state process and develop ideas for long-term improvement and process harmonization
  • Document and create ABS Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and change management during the transition process
  • Establish channels for feedback to address any issues promptly
  • Implement an effective plan to transition all processes to the partner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Continuously monitor the performance of the BPO partner against agreed SLAs and KPIs
  • Design governance structures, manage risk and compliance, and act as the main point of contact between stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or Six Sigma certification is an advantage
  • Expertise in systems like SAP, tools such as Tableau, and methodologies including Lean Six Sigma
  • Skills in process automation, end-to-end (E2E) process design, and optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, ensuring alignment along the process
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Total Quality Management, or similar, with minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
