Senior Transition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our transitions and manage projects from initiation to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire transition process, from RFI/RFP management to solutions design and execution.
Your primary role will involve project managing selected transitions or segments thereof, ensuring seamless handovers to our Operating team in COFORGE BPS. Additionally, you will support new Centre build outs and other selected programs from a COFORGE BPS perspective where work is being transitioned to COFORGE BPS.
You will have a contributory role in designing and updating our transition methodology and supporting tools, including determining the appropriate program structure for each transition. You will also track and report on milestones for transitions, including budgets, and consequences of the transition against original business case.
Main Responsibilities:- Support RFI/RFP management, solutions design & transition execution
- Project manage selected transitions or segments thereof
- Support new Centre build outs and other selected programs
- Design and update transition methodology and supporting tools
- Track and report on milestones for transitions
- 10+ years of experience and Core Solutions/Transitions experience of at least 5 years between 3rd party and captive International BPO
- Knowledge of BFSI domain is a must
- Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP or Prince certification- Must
- Managed at least 2-3 multi-tower projects within BFSI domain within last 2 roles
- Executive Presence
- People Management
- A confident presenter and self-starter
- Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills- Must
- Hands-on experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, Forms etc. is a must
- Strong analytical skills, Quick Learner and problem solving skills
