Job Summary

This is an opportunity to lead and deliver projects in the field of analytics, ensuring high-quality solutions to customer needs.

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in commercial execution, design, and management consulting or pharmaceutical companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver projects with minimal oversight, focusing on commercial strategy design, field force sizing, structuring, resource optimization, segmentation, targeting, profiling, call plan design, incentive schemes, and payout strategies.
  • Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for country stakeholders and effectively manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across global and regional teams.
  • Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to deliver solutions to complex business and operational problems, using data analytics and benchmarking.
  • Deliver insights into questions related to commercial excellence through independent analysis of available data.
  • Be a role-model to junior team members, offering mentorship, guidance, and professional development while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.
  • Develop and implement process flows, quality checklists, and operational standards to ensure efficient delivery of services and adherence to global best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Graduate in an analytical field/data science/Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Medicine/Science & Technology.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Experience: 5+ years in commercial execution/design/management consulting or pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving approach, and ability to engage stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Customer service orientation, consultative solution delivery, and proactive business results-focus.
