Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to drive the growth and success of our analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, business acumen, and proven leadership experience to develop and implement sophisticated machine learning models and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership & Implementation:
  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems.
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
  • Monitor model performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage a team of data scientists and business intelligence experts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education: A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
  • Expertise in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
