Job Title: Chief Security Officer

The Chief Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our hotel, its guests, and team members.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer to lead our security team and oversee all security-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supervising Hilton International Safety & Security Management and Fire Prevention Regulations across all departments.

  • Implement and supervise Hilton International Safety & Security Management and Fire Prevention Regulations.
  • Maintain good working relationships with government organizations.
  • Organize daily patrols and security checks throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure the protection of hotel property, guests, and team members.
  • Report and remove any potential hazards.
  • Plan emergency procedures and organize drills.
  • Conduct on-site guidance and rescue work in emergencies.
  • Conduct safety and fire prevention training to team members.
  • Assist government agencies in investigating incidents.
  • Work out security plans and ensure guest safety during VIP activities.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with government organizations.
  • Maintain a good rapport with other departments and team members.
  • Meet reporting and servicing deadlines.
