Job Title: Business Insights Strategist

As a Business Insights Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects that align with our marketing analytics objectives. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans that meet internal customer expectations.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting exploratory research to identify new areas of application for advanced analytics in providing improved decision-making support.
  • Delivering services through structured project management approaches with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
  • Collaborating with team leaders to recruit and onboard new associates within the organization.
  • Participating in knowledge-sharing sessions to enable growth and improve the quality of deliverables across the function.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Deriving impactful business strategies by defining clear category objectives and working with analytical data, business partners, and market expertise.
  • Aligning strategies to measurable targets and clearly conveying them to the organization.
  • Having strong quantitative and systems background, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • Being able to understand new data sources in a short timeframe and embed them into standard analyses.
  • Having good understanding of pharmaceutical domain and data, as well as strong partner leadership skills.
  • Having worked in an international/global company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment.
  • Being able to work with multiple partners and having strong business results-focus.

Desirable Requirements:

  • University/advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or Operations Research.
  • Min 6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics in marketing analytics and experience in pharma industry.
  • Statistical Modeling/Machine Learning techniques like Regression (especially GLM, non-linear, etc.) and experience in any one of R or Python and exposure to SAS and SQL.
