Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and proven management experience.

This role will play a pivotal part in driving data-driven decision-making across our banking and financial services operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Implementation:
    • Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems.
    • Develop predictive models for risk assessment, fraud detection, customer behavior analysis, or forecasting.
    • Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows.
    • Monitor model performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage a team of data scientists and business intelligence experts.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
    • Work closely with technology teams to implement new techniques into the bank's environments.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation of methodologies, models, and processes.
    • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data governance policies.
