Overview:

This role is focused on driving business excellence through field analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in using various tools and techniques to drive insights and improve performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver high-quality customer requirements as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive excellent customer service
  • Resource planning and deployment, including segmentation, targeting, and call plan management
  • Field Performance excellence, including goal setting, incentive design & modelling, Incentive operations and reporting
  • Field Excellence reporting and insights
  • Designs and/or maintains various technology-based solutions that optimize field excellence activities based on commercial needs
  • Data ETL platforms (Alteryx, SQL, Databricks)
  • Workflow management and automation tools (Sharepoint, MS PowerApps, RPA)
  • Analytical platforms and methods (Excel, R, Python, Data Science, Machine learning)

 

Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Graduate / Post Graduate in Technology or Data Science related domains
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
  • Experience: 1-3 years in analytics-based organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain
  • Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving approach
  • Proven track record of delivery analytics and insights for field excellence and/or data enable solutions
  • International company experience with exposure to cross-cultural environment
  • Customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery
