Job Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Event Acquisition Specialist to drive attendance at our international events and conferences.

This role involves acquiring senior-level attendees, speakers, and sponsors across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem, ensuring each event delivers a high-value experience with industry leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attendee Acquisition: Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains, driving registrations for our international conferences and forums.
  • Speaker Acquisition: Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas, reaching out, pitching event value propositions, and securing commitments from high-caliber speakers.
  • Community Building: Build strong relationships with participants, maintain an active network for future events, and act as the point of contact for confirmed attendees and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in event acquisition, sales, business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for building communities.
