Tax Validation Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Validation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our tax function, you will be responsible for validating tax logic and identifying areas for improvement within S/4HANA and Ariba workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of S/4HANA and Ariba workflows, as well as experience with Vertex Accelerator+ or OneSource setup.

Responsibilities:
  • Validate tax logic and identify areas for improvement within S/4HANA and Ariba workflows.
  • Review vendor exemptions, address accuracy, and multi-tax code configurations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Support indirect tax reporting and AP invoice reconciliation by providing expert analysis and guidance.
  • Familiarize yourself with legal entity and nexus configurations to ensure accurate tax calculations and compliance.
  • Design, execute, and document test cases to validate tax logic and identify potential issues.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in tax validation and related fields.
  • Strong understanding of S/4HANA and Ariba workflows.
  • Experience with Vertex Accelerator+ or OneSource setup.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
